They take weeks to respond to emails and will hold up your order and money. I had to dispute my transaction after almost a month with no response.

I was very excited to receive my order. Upon opening it I discovered that the 2 -2023 Bank of Mexico Libertad Proof coins that I had ordered and paid $105 for each were anything but Proof. They were BU at best and not in capsules as described. Trying to contact that company is near impossible. The online contact us form had no confirmation for the two times that I tried to submit. I tried to call the phone number for Scottsdale mint found on the Better Business Bureau website and it went right to automated and then hung up on me. This mint has no way to reach a real person. The address on the invoice for the company is completely differerent than their listed official business address. The address for this company here on trust pilot is different than those. Everything is just coming out shady in regards to this business in trying to resolve this issue.

It took two phone calls and 3 emails in order to get Scottsdale Mint to disclose the spot price at the time of my purchase!! This information should be noted on my purchase receipt in full disclosure! The absence of this info, and the hoops I had to jump through to get it, are unacceptable and cause me to doubt that any spot price was locked in at the time of sale and not at some later time. Furthermore, I paid by electronic transfer and there is no way you will ever convince me that it takes ten days to clear an electronic transfer. That is complete bullshīt! While the quality of the coins purchased were as expected, Scottsdale Mint is severely lacking in sales and customer service and I will be spending my hard earned cash somewhere else moving forward! The fact that you do not disclose the locked in spot price on the invoice at the time of sale, is shady as hell and you have lost my confidence and trust!

Let’s just say I have their hold music memorized. Horrible service.

Not a normal size 10 oz bar only 1/3 larger than a 1 oz.added sales tax after completing sale.one star is all i could do really want minus 5 stars.you have to click on 20 dollar cancel fee to complete sale.Will never do business with scottsdale mint ever again.

The absolute worst packaging and shipping of fractional gold I ever experienced. Product arrived loose, marked and physically bent because of packaging. You take the time to produce 1/100th oz. pieces of gold and than ship them like scrap metal terrible terrible terrible

WARNING!!!! Read the reviews... I ordered 2 months ago... nothing. I can't reach them by phone or emails aren't being returned. I will never buy from them again
