Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Worst in the whole business. Buy from anyone else. I ordered 50 rounds of 1 oz silver 34 days ago, and don’t even have an actual email confirmation although they took my money. I have bought from several suppliers since then and now and recieved my orders. I have bought from Scottsdale in the past, thousands and thousands of dollars spent. I will never buy from them again.

Don't buy from them
Don't buy from them, save your time and stress. Purchased 10oz chunky on dec 28 25. On Jan 23 26 they send me a refund after silver went up a good 20%. I have a feeling I'm not the only one they have done this to recently. So my refund sould be on my card by February. Impossible for me to purchase 10oz with my refund. TRUST ME PURCHASE ELSEWHERE, OR HAVE THE SAMETHING DONE TO YOU!

We want to clarify that Scottsdale Mint does not cancel orders once they are submitted — purchase prices are fully locked in at the time of order. We do not cancel orders across our retail site, Walmart, or eBay for market-related reasons. In some cases, marketplace platforms such as Walmart or eBay may automatically cancel orders if their internal fulfillment timeframes are exceeded, even while orders are still processing. Double order refused refund
While preordering American silver eagles not availble for a month, somehow my order was entered twice. On discovering the order was charged twice I contacted Scottsdale Mint via their preferred "contact us " site and said it may have been my error and to please, reverse the charge. They said that due to "dynamic pricing" they would not. I have been a customer since 2013. Unless my credit card is reversed that will be no longer.

Only 1 star just because I can't chooses zero.
Only 1 star, just because I couldn't give zero. Bought silver and they will not honor their misinformation. The money cleared my bank, and I have invoices and screen grabs of all transactions... below is what I sent them... Why was this refunded???? I ordered legitimately and am expecting my silver. I have the screen grabs of my payments and of you acceptance of payments. This is not my problem. You had the items on the site and I purchased them correctly.... I will take this to court if needed. It was a done deal and I have the proof, you need to honor the deal and to admit it was your mess up ... not mine. I want my coins please.you have to man up and accept the consequences of your errors. Not my problem. I do not accept the refund. You need to reverse it and send me what was initially purchased. Sorry about your problems... but they do not include me. I bought, Paid and was invoiced. I want what was initially done!! Not happy that they're not taking responsibility for their screwup.

My 98 year old mother wanted to…
My 98 year old mother wanted to purchase silver for 2 of my children for their birthday’s. I am also on my mom’s checking account so this should have not been a problem. The bank took 2 days to release the funds after I raised hell with them. They had no right to deny her the use of her funds. Then to add insult to injury, Scottsdale mint refused to process her order without talking to her. They apparently have people calling you with no notice of who’s calling and from out of state numbers which I didn’t answer. You can call Scottsdale Mint but only get to talk to a message taker. I have never been treated so bad after giving money to them. I understand protecting the elderly but this was just a bunch of shit! The account has both are names on it!

Terrible customer service paid weeks…
Terrible customer service paid weeks ago and still no shipment. Do not purchase from them on their site. Purchase thru eBay because eBay will return your money. Scottsdale is terrible to work with now I'm out $805 and no silver. And can't get a answers. Will never purchase again

Scottsdale Mint shipping department and…
Scottsdale Mint shipping department and customer service department (which is overseas) is a joke. I ordered several pieces of silver almost 3 weeks ago with a credit card, the order still says its processing. Hey Scottsdale if anyone actually looks at these reviews... figure it out or lose business, and bring your customer service department back to the USA, lame.

Two months - no delivery - no response
Well it's been almost two months since I placed my order for five 5-oz stackers. No delivery. No messages. So I log in and the order shows "partially paid" even though my account has been "fully charged". So I sent them a message through their "customer service" link - two weeks and they haven't responded. Today I log in and see the order is "cancelled" - still no answer. So I asked "why did you cancel my order?" Still no response.
