I ordered a circuit board ring for my husband, for a 10 year wedding anniversary gift. It did take a while for it to be made and shipped, but Jonathan was fantastic with consistent updates on the status. Once it was shipped, it was stuck at USPS in Chicago for almost a month, but even though Score Jewelry had no control over the hold up at USPS, they refunded me for the item and let me keep it free of charge since it was not delivered to me by their guaranteed date. The ring was delivered on January 11th, and it is BEAUTIFUL. It did take just about 2 months to receive it, but I was willing to wait, since I was in almost constant contact with Jonathan. Ring is gorgeous and I will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Worst Customer Service. Thanks to a Dispute on Paypal that I got my money back after waiting 6 months for rings and getting run around.

I have ordered couple rings silver with the words “I love you and I know”. I ordered these at end of November 2020. I just got them 1/11/2021. They are beautiful. Score Jewelry did mention it will take 2 to 3 weeks and possibly more. It also took long to arrive due to mail delays in US. I was getting worried I was scammed and kept emailing them. They did respond to my emails and assured me. It was worth the wait. I wish I could put the pictures on this review. There’s no option to.

Customer service was awesome! They answered every single question I had in a timely matter. They were able to accommodate my fast shipping request & the ring arrived just in time! I ordered the rose gold adoption symbol ring, and it is stunning! The quality of the ring is superb. It’s heavy & a brilliant rose gold. The engraving was gorgeous. Not buy in this Page. They take sooo long to bring you the rings and after that They dont give you what you buy it. You contacto with them to claim and does not answer. They Just take the money but dont give you the service that you expect.

Very bad service. They charged me to engrave a ring that they did not engrave. They did not return the money. When I claimed it, and explain that one of the rings was no the correct size, they offer to send me a new ones in five days. We are still waitibg for them. After 4 months we dont have the rings or the money. They have wasted my time sending emails because they dont answer at all. They are scammers!!
