Takes your money.. Never does the job.. Always pay with something you can dispute with.. Company are crooks.. Hold your money for months promise they are working on something and never have it done then when you dispute the charges.. they return the money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ORDERED MY HUSBAND A RING THEY TOOK MY $78 AND NEVER SHIPPED THE RING. NO REPLY FROM EMAILS NO REPLY FROM FACEBOOK MESSAGES. NO NUMBER TO REACH THEM! IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I ORDERED IT AND STILL NO RING. THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!

My item didnt come as shown nor did it have the engraving I requested and double checked if they received my note for. Customer service was awful. Waiting days for responses when I was told I'd be told shortly. Replacement ring came with engraving but the outside logo was uneven and I didnt notice until then that the ring was missing parts of the design from the original ring. Escalated to dispute in etsy where seller didnt respond for days, 6 days at one point. Customer service is terrible. Most items ship from China and they dont provide that address for where they ship from. Just a terrible experience. I even offered cheaper counter offers for the seller to resolve the issue on amicable terms and I was ignored and none of my points were addressed. This company is very difficult to deal with.

I ordered this ring 8mm Black Tungsten Band with Blue Beveled Edge Los Angeles Kings Ring, for my team the Vancouver Canucks. Canucks is the only option you can select in the drop down menu and as it IS the teams name I wouldn't expect to see anything else. There was no option to select the logo for the team but I would have accepted either the orca or stick in the rink, or even the spaghetti skate. I ordered this on the 3rd of march and it didn't arrive until the 18 of June, the ring I received didn't come with the bold white colouring and font but instead a tiny gun metal silver ORCA with Vancouver written in an arch, exactly as it's shown above the orca on their jersey, again this was in silver. Cons 1 it doesn't fit, over half a size larger than ordered and I was measured by a jewelry store and personally double checked by ring sizer. 2 it does not look ANYTHING like the ring I ordered. The logo is in a dark silver and Vancouver is written along side in the same scale as the logo so it would probably just overlap the K in kings as shown. 3 they have not replied to any emails I've sent since regarding the abortion of a ring they sent out. Lastly the ring came from China, whilst most things do these days the fact that it's so far off from what was ordered speaks volumes. I urge anyone buying from this company to use PayPal so you can get you money back because they won't respond after they've sent it bunch of cowboys!!!! #bunchofthieves
