The service works fine. I did not like the support very much. it took a time to get answers and sometimes they seemed like they were sent to many people. Cost also feels high compared to similar services, which made me think if it is worth it. Support replies were not very helpful. I got the replies late. They did not seem tailored to my issues. The pricing is higher, than services.

Love the ring! It is exactly what I wanted except for the size which was completely my fault. Make sure you get sized at a jewellers!! Great craftsmanship on the ring. Update**** I sent in money to get a replacement ring back in March and have not heard anything from them. I have messaged on all platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, etc) but it seems that once I posted my review they no longer cared about my business.

My item didnt come as shown nor did it have the engraving I requested and double checked if they received my note for. Customer service was awful. Waiting days for responses when I was told I'd be told shortly. Replacement ring came with engraving but the outside logo was uneven and I didnt notice until then that the ring was missing parts of the design from the original ring. Escalated to dispute in etsy where seller didnt respond for days, 6 days at one point. Customer service is terrible. Most items ship from China and they dont provide that address for where they ship from. Just a terrible experience. I even offered cheaper counter offers for the seller to resolve the issue on amicable terms and I was ignored and none of my points were addressed. This company is very difficult to deal with.
