I never trust ordering online since I usually have bad luck. I had an issue with an order and within a couple of hours the company went above and beyond to help me get a very important wedding ring in time. They sign as exceptional customer service and they for sure are!!! You can trust them and the ring is beautiful. It’s nice to buy from a company you can count on. I’ll for sure order more from them!

Score jewelry’s customer service and product quality were above and beyond my expectations! Due to COVID we had to change our wedding date. Score was able to engrave the new date in the ring. Also the ring was a half size small (my fiancé was unsure of his ring size) and Score made a new ring for free with only shipping cost which was so generous since the ring we received was already personalized. They were in touch with me through my emails and had quick response time. Great to deal with!

We found their rings through Etsy when first looking for wedding rings. Awhile later, we tried to find the same circuit board ring again but could not find it. I contacted the customer support just to see if there was a way to make a similar version. They responded back almost immediately and helped me find the exact ring. They gave me the link to their website and everything. I was very impressed with how quick they were with getting back to me. After ordering, it took just about the listed 2 to 3 weeks for production and then it shipped. It does take time to get the ring, but it was definitely worth the wait. The customer service was great with updating me within a day of anytime I contacted them. I got the ring and it is amazing! Definitely worth the price compared to most wedding ring websites. It is unique and looks flawless! I will see how it stands the test of time and wear n tear but even if I tear it up, I will be buying a replacement from Score Jewelry for sure!

I ordered a ring but it came in the wrong size. It was so beautiful and Score Jewelery has offered to replace it for free with the right size and I cover shipping. We are looking forward to the wedding band for our ceremony in June. Thanks so much! My husband loves the 6 mm tungsten ring.

I ordered a ring and they were able to rush it to me. It arrived in time however it was the wrong size and we are in the process of getting that replaced now.

Poor Quality and communication shut off. I wrote a review with 5 stars for score Jewelry in 2019 because I ordered the wrong finish on my wedding band. They replaced it with the right one for $20.00 shipping. I was very impressed by this. I got married on July 20, 2019. I have worn the ring for about 2 months and it began to tarnish and the color is wearing off. I have been in contact with them over and over again since October/November 2019 about this. They said I had to go through ESTY because I guess that's how I purchased it(I thought I was on score jewelry site online) Anyway, I did and after many emails, I have stopped hearing from them. They did offer me another one for more $$. I am devastated. All I want is a new ring with a guarantee of its durability or an upgraded one that will have a guarantee, and to be able to talk with someone about the ring quality and why this happened. I have saved all correspondence with them and have sent in a report to the better business bureau. Like many, I was so happy at first but be careful about your product and how it will wear! Broken heart!
