I have excellent relations with the company; with their new discord channel, they resolve my concerns quickly and on time, and my images are sold to other partners, so my earnings increase every month.

I made the mistake of purchasing a LIFETIME one fee membership to this company back in 2019. Then two years later out of the blue they started charging my card each month! I have been unable to get them to stop billing me through my Visa. Visa tells me to work with the merchant. The Merchant, Scopio fails to credit my account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH these people. They are CROOKS!

After 2 years of work and thousands of pictures uploaded and 1400$ earned my account got locked with no reason and the support doesn't reply back, i have been removed even on discord with their new nft project after one of their members told me that my pictures have been found elsewhere on the internet even though it's stated they don't keep the exclusive licence, he asked me to contact the support by email for further help, it's a great scam .

I've been locked out of my lifetime account for 18 days, with no help in sight. Password change does nothing. I did get one email back saying they were working on it, but further emails have gone unanswered. Customer service gets Two Thumbs Down from me.

EDIT --- So I finally got a hold of the CEO, and after she gave me the run-around for about a week, I finally got some answers. In a nutshell: Standard License is unlimited web use. Extended License permits up to 100k for print use. ************* I bought a 1-year subscription for the standard AND extended license via DealFuel. I've been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone in Customer Service, and all my emails have been ignored. I finally reached someone through Instagram, but they're giving me the runaround. All I want to know is: what is the print usage for the Extended License? For the Standard License, it's 100,000 usages, but the rep on IG says that's wrong. How's that wrong? It's stated on YOUR license page! Am I misreading something?

Nine months I ask to suppress my images, nine months I hear "thank you for your patience", nine months and my images are still on the website. If your are a contributor, RUN AWAY !

I've bought a "lifetime" subscription 2 years ago. Now they start charging me again. Reading the rest of the reviews here, this platform should best be avoided... EDIT: The company refunded the charged amount. All good.

For 2 months, I'm trying to delete my contributor account because all the pictures I uploaded are still in review, and nothing happens. I'm waiting months... The customer service doesn't answeres my messages. I highly recommend avoiding this platform.
