scam subscription

I intended to try SciSpace with the monthly plan, but I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan and realized the mistake almost immediately. Their pricing page clearly states “All plans have 100% money back guarantee for 24 hours,” which is the reason I felt safe to try the service. I opened a support ticket within the first 30 minutes, but the refund was denied multiple times based on a “300 credit usage” rule that is not disclosed anywhere on the pricing page, not shown during checkout, and not mentioned alongside the 24-hour money-back guarantee. This exception is buried in a long legal document, not in the places where customers make their purchase decisions. I am simply asking that SciSpace honor the guarantee they publicly promote. It is very discouraging to see a company refuse a clearly advertised 24-hour money-back policy. This experience has made it very difficult to trust or continue with the platform. They probably are a scam. I accidentally upgraded my plan and asked for a refund immediately, but they refused to give it to me because I had “used 300 tokens.” In less than a minute? My chats for an entire month didn’t use 300 tokens, yet somehow, in just one minute, I supposedly used more than 1,700. It’s a shame they rely on students and fake advertising to do this. Very misleading. Be careful.
