I purchased the CAIA Level 2 materials on December 1st, 2020 (EssentialPlus package). They were supposed to come with 2 practice exams (part of the "core" section of the materials) and 1 mock exam (part of the "review" section of the materials). It's February 23rd and my test is on March 8th. All 3 exams, both practice and mock, are still not available on the online portal. I contacted customer service and the answer was "sorry, tough luck". Additionally, I was told that these practice exams are "review" materials (despite being part of the "core" materials on the website) and that they get released right before the test window. So I paid $800 for test materials, and basically got shorted 3 practice exams because Kaplan apparently gets to decide when candidates can study the materials that they paid for in full, in advance. That's not how Kaplan structured the CFA materials when I took that test. It's a bit absurd that they won't even entertain a partial refund for the materials that they haven't even provided me yet. I would try UpperMark or Wiley for CAIA test prep materials.

I've been trying to reach kaplan support via email for more than 10 days, with multiple follow-ups, with no response. Kaplan charges the same (high) price of $799 for both its in-person and virtual 3-day review workshop for CFA level 2. This makes absolutely no sense. Obviously, the in-person setting is better that's why most people would choose that. The Washington DC (where i live) review class in May 2021 (my exam is end of May) got cancelled, so now I'm forced to choose between a virtual live class and an in-person live class in NY. As a repeat customer for Kaplan, I am very disappointed and I was also shot down when I requested a discount for the (less ideal but same priced) virtual class. I hope Kaplan actually sees this and responds.

Phenomenal instructors and tons of easy to use content make Kaplan a must in preparation for the CFA. They synthesize voluminous and superfluous material from the institute and highlight necessary formulas and themes to succeed. I highly recommend their services.

Bought the premium plus package for FRM part 1 and passed from first attempt with score of 1,1,2,2.

Overall very satisfied with the materials. I studied only Kaplan schweser materials for level iii. It would be better if I can choose the speed of the video (e.g. 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, etc.).

Seriöse Firma. Halten ihr Versprechen. Tatsächlich, einmalig! Hervorragende Professoren, die während des Studiums für die Unterstützung sorgen! Die Firma ist schon längst in der digitalen Zeit angekommen. Der Unterricht ist sehr kompakt. Kein Stress aber auch keine Langweile. Ich bin sehr angetan von einem Professor, den ich hier namentlich nicht nennen möchte, der ist nicht von diesem Planet. Ich möchte aber auch von jemandem schreiben, den ich auch nicht namentlich nennen möchte, im Hintergrund ein stiller Intellekt, der seine Unterstützung hervorragend erledigt! Der ist wahrscheinlich auch nicht von diesem Planet!

Did not cover topics well, I was above 70% on practice questions for each topic but still not even close to passing level 3 exam. Had much better experience with another provider on level 2. Also, I sent an email regarding so called "pass guarantee" 5 days ago and still didn't receive any answer.
