I like but I expected more than that.

After one attempt to prepare for CFA Level 3 exam totally on my own, I realized it was much harder than Levels 1 and 2 and needed some professional assistance. I called in the pros from Kaplan and found the experience to be 100% first class. They have brief videos by excellent instructors on basically every topic in the study material. Their weekly timed assignments in the digital I-Phone App keep you on track to be finished in plenty of time. The best material comes toward the end of your studies - excellent combination of on demand video, “Secret Sauce” final study booklet and challenging review sessions for all study topics. Consider getting the flash cards, constructed response (essay) class and extra Mock Exams - they add a couple of bucks but are very helpful.

Avoid with CAIA at all costs. Kaplan has continuously shipped the wrong books to me, 10+ times, resulting in my paying customs fees several time for the wrong books. (plus 10+ hours of calling internationally) It was stated I would get a refund for this, but every time I call for an update it is stated they will email me back and every time this does not happen nor do I get an reply back if I follow up. Plus I keep getting wrong shipments from UPS still send to my house, which I no longer accept (as they require custom duties), resulting in UPS also being annoyed with me as I don't accept their packages, even though it is the fault of Kaplan. I have been busy with this matter since September and lost precious study time. --- Provided the requested information and again no response from Kaplan Schweser...

The Schweser online study material (for 2023 FRM Part I) has errors that can be easily found by proof-reader. For example, several multiple choice module quiz questions would sometimes list the choices as C, D, E, F, but actually they are A, B, C, D. Edit #1: to provide more details and clarity and help with potential corrections, here is an example, which can be found in "SchweserNotes™ 2023 FRM® Part I Book 1: Foundations of Risk Management," Module Quiz 1.1, quiz #4 (online version) As of 1/12/23, it appears as follows: 4. [Question] I. YYYY II. ZZZZ C. I only D. II only E. Both I and II F. Neither I nor II The correct answer is "A" (I only) according to the answer key, which refers to "C" in the quiz. This is likely a formatting error, for some word processors may auto bullet / number and treat I and II as A and B, then subsequent items would be C. D. E. and F Easily correctable, but unfortunate that it is there. I would be more than happy to walk Schweser through the material to locate examples similar to the above. Edit #2: Upon further studying, it seems the issue is only limited to one type of multiple choice quiz, and the rest of the content meet the quality standard one would expect from Kaplan Schweser. Changing the experience from 3-star to 4-star.

The material was very useful and logical. Unfortunately, on the test day itself the questions where much more compact and different constructed. Was pretty suprised as I thought beeing very good prepared after studied many hours with the books.

I do like the way things are explained, shortly and wothout too much bla bla, this is reallly appreciated, especially when one has limited amount of time. I managed to pass FRM L1 and score within top 25% of best results, I did buy the materials for L2 and talked to someone via phone to ask if it would be possible to have an extention of online materials access till may 2023, as then is the exam date for me and i was told this could be possible but I have to call in december, now I do try to call and the robot tells me there is no account associated to my phone number :(. here is my Garp account (which i used when registering with you) 1709945 please advice how to proceed.
