Great service. The access to the review should last longer so all the problems can be practiced. Great and knowledgeable teachers

The lessons are well organized and the videos at the end of each lesson was really helpful. However, I'll appreciate if there can be question like flashcards that one can practice on the go. Furthermore, I'll also appreciate if a copiable video transcripts can be inserted alongside each so it would be easier for international candidates to copy the transcript and follow while the lessons are being taught.

the presentation of the material and breaking down of the entire material into small bits doesn't let me feel the immense size of the syllabus. The tests, videos as well as the secret sauce are really cool and handy.

It’s a terrible experience with Kaplan. customer service is only good before you pay for their course. After I purchased their course and wanted to apply for an extension, it’s nearly impossible to reach them. And then after 2 months, I can finally contacted them and paid for an extension (which I wasn’t told to pay in advance), the package they offer is just different from the one I paid

Hello Cherry, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your Kaplan materials. We value student feedback as we strive to consistently leverage it for improvement and would like to appologize for any frustration you may have experienced. The Pass Protection policy and fees and required steps are detailed on our website, https://www.schweser.com/cfa/pass-protection. After reviewing your acocunt I do see we did provide the same study pacakge level as your previous order. As CFA Institute updates their course content yearly, our books and tools are also updated. While things may look a little different the practice tests and review classes have not changed function. A senior team member will reach out to you directly to discuss your experince in more details. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review and we look forward to speaking with you soon, Emily
