Video On-Demand instructor for CAIA L2 is poor quality compared to L1. Instructor Link questions do not get answered and require multiple follow ups, especially for L2. Study materials (e.g. Schweser notes and On-Demand videos) for L2 were not available in a timely manner and were uploaded disjointedly/sporadically.

Video Lectures in CAIA Level II are terrible. I used Kaplan for my Level I exam and I was very happy with the whole process. Stuart is an excellent "teacher" and the videos were the most helpful part of my learning process. Believing I would repeat the experience for Level II, I was extremely disappointed. While I'm sure Dr. Greg Filbeck is very knowledgeable, knowledge doesn't translate into a good teacher. All his lectures are exactly the same where he simply reads the slides. No context, no explanation, simply a narrator of what is on the slide. He even mis-speaks in quite a few and just keeps going. I am getting to the end of my studies for my Level II and I'm now on the market for a different provider that offers video lectures or private tutor. Extremely disappointed in CAIA Level II materials. Then, I get an email in late January that the Flash Cards I paid for will not be produced and I received a refund. I would still recommend Kaplan for CAIA Level I, but if you prefer to have an instructor, stay away from CAIA Level II!

the 2024 update is AMAZING!!! Much better than the 2023 platform and content. This is the type of content I expected from Schweser!! Kudos!

I paid for premium, you didn't provide nearly half the videos until halfway through the class. When you did provide the videos, it was clear they were the same, older videos - so why wouldn't you have put them up. As a result had to do the prep out of order.

The content seems good (but given that I don't know how other competitors' materials look like, it is just my opinion so far since I've been learning a lot). But really think the SchweserNotes books can be better organized, with more lines and bullet points where the key points really can stand out. I wanted to find a channel to report this, but couldn't so writing here… So hopefully someone from Kaplan will pick it up here. I found DIFFERENT ANSWERS between the book and online for the same questions of quiz sets. This gave me a great deal of discomfort (and frustration as well) since I had to waste of my limited time to figure out what happened. Here are the two questions I found: Module 35.1, Question 3 (book answer says C, online says A) - looks like online answer A is correct. Module 35.2, Question 5 (book answer says C, online says A) - looks like online answer A is correct. Not sure how it happened, but with a big company like Kaplan, I think you guys can do better since probably everyone has high expectations towards Kaplan. My apologies if this was already noted (like somewhere in writing) to students, but I haven't seen any notice/correction. Also, wanted to raise about the professor for Financial Statement Analysis (female). She seems to have a cold or something during the almost entire recording of the lectures. She constantly sniffled in many lectures. Think perhaps she could've chosen a different time to record or just edit it better when the final editor had to work on her recordings. It is a minor thing, but wanted to mention. Again, I’m pretty happy what I’m learning from all available tools, just not enough time to go over everything ;p Cheers to everyone.

The review workshop is coming too late.

The study plan really is the cornerstone of getting through all the material in an organized manner and on your own. Kaplan provides the tools needed to learn and apply the concepts in order to successfully obtain the charter, but there's one thing they can't provide, the discipline required to get through it all, that is sold separately.

I like the question bank and the masterclass, it helps with reviewing a lot more effectively closer to the exam.
