I love my wood pellet smoker (you know the brand) and have mastered it over the last 10 years. But my family has greatly appreciated the introduction of seared steaks to the menu. Prime filet mignon is phenomenal on my Blazing Bull. And while my family doesn’t love gamey meats, I really enjoy 3 minute lamb lollipops after I’ve cooked their steaks or pork chops. Cleanup is a small chore compared to the usual neglect I show my smoker, but very worth it. Made in the USA too!

From the moment I started taking this thing out of the box I knew it was very well made. Every aspect of the grill is very heavy duty, and the seat it puts on steaks is second to none. Very glad that I did my research and spent the money on this versus a cheaper brand.

The Blazing Bull is like having a commercial kitchen salamander at home. I've used it for a variety of meats, including lean wild game that is best cooked "fast and hot." It's also great for adding texture and post-searing meat, fish and vegetables from a pellet grill or sous vide.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We love hearing how versatile your grill has been—from steaks to wild game, fish, and veggies. It really does bring that commercial-quality sear to home cooking, and we’re so glad you’re enjoying it to the fullest!
