This is 100% as advertised. I've used it on all sorts of meat. It was a little bit of a learning curve but now that I'm over the curve. I may not ever have to go to a steak house again. I can do it at home.

My wife and I love to grill but our one year old takes up a lot of our time obviously. This allows us to cook/grill what we need in a very short period of time so we can all eat together. Love this grill!
