First class product, manual and accessories. I overcooked my first steaks. Using a probe thermometer you really need to remove steaks before they reach the desired temp as they continue to cook after removal. I've got it down now. I can get a perfect medium rare on filets and NY strips. I would like to begin cooking other meats, fish and vegetables but would like a little guidance on the best ways to cook other things. I really would strongly suggest you put together a nice spiral bound recipe book to be sold as an accessory. I am really enjoying my Blazing Bull grill!
