Schwank GrillsReviews of schwankgrills.com

Just used again last night , three wagyu strips . Filet , Ribeye , strips , chops and fish . My neighbors can’t get enough . Wish I bought years ago .

Wow. I’m the kind of guy that does a lot of research before making a purchase. I look at online reviews and I watch a lot of YouTube videos of the product. The YouTube video I saw for this product really got me very interested but when I called and they had GREAT, live customer service I was blown away! I asked Andrew about 100 questions and he hit them all out of the park. He was very credible and knowledgable. He also shared a lot of his personal experiences using the product which helped me visualize how I would use the product. Coming in at over 60 pounds, this is a very serious commercial restaurant quality broiling system. And it’s made in the USA (Waynesboro, Georgia)! I have not use the product, it will be arriving in about two days and I hope to provide reviews on the most important part, how the steaks and pizza taste! So far outstanding - five stars. Scott House Fort Lauderdale.

The Blazing Bull is a really excellent product. It is easy to use (note - outdoors only), clean up is straightforward and the results are equivalent to the best NYC steakhouses, who are broiling your bone-in porterhouse using the same 1500 degree infrared heat, but on a much larger scale obviously. The more marbled your steak, the more you will improve results with short duration, very high heat source - we did A5 Waygu certified ribeyes and it was clear why you need the high heat to meld the flavors of that cut. Put butter, garlic and rosemary in the tray underneath and when you drop the grill down to flip your steak, give it a bath. Be sure to tip yourself after your meal.

It takes a few times trying different thicknesses of steaks, but once you have things "dialed in," just log in the times for each thickness per stage of cooking and it's a snap!

Love my blazing bull grill, pizzas are amazing with the pizza stone. Also perfect for searing, I use it on tomahawks and larger steaks and then finish on the smoker.

The Blazing Bull Products are fantastic. They are very high quality, very solid and well put together. The unit is a little heavy yes, but I am old enough to remember when that meant quality, and it is certainly the case here. The grill and parts came very well packaged and arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I would like to note that I ordered some spare parts for the grill, like racks, drip trays, an inner sleeve etc. Within two hours of my order I received a very friendly email from Andrew who was wanting to ensure that I really wanted to buy the spare parts, as they already came with the grill. I was very impressed, most places just want to sell you stuff (especially if you don't need it). Andrew and his team want to sell you a great grill and not take advantage of you. My first meal was Steak, bacon wrapped scallops, potatoes and grilled veggies. I cooked the whole works on the grill( one at a time) and it turned out great!! Very happy with this grill!!

I love my Blazing Bull! Everything we have cooked so far has been incredible. As you say, restaurant quality! Even a beginner could do a perfect cook on a Blazing Bull just by following your easy-to-follow instructions! Even though being relatively expensive, it is a good investment. This is not a cheap hardware store grill that gets replaced every year. My guess is that a one-time investment will last a lifetime.

The best way to grill a steak! I can monitor cooking to get perfect results. Very well built. Easy to use and easy to clean. Does great cooking pizzas too!
