This is a fantastic product with one flaw — if the winds gets above 6 or 7 miles per hour (not very high at all), the heating elements blow out. Makes it difficult to bank on using the Bull. It when it works, it does exactly what it is supposed to do— perfectly grilled steaks.

Pittsburg Style or Black and Blue steaks are a breeze on the Blazing Bull. 90 seconds per side is perfect for a 1 1/4 inch, pre-salted, room temperature ribeye. I was previously cooking over a charcoal starter to get this kind of heat but the Blazing Bull gets there neater and more easily. It’s stainless steel construction is remarkably heavy. An amazing machine.

Just a great addition to my cooking. The reason for only 4 stars is I would like to have a larger cooking area and I realize if it were larger, the cost would be prohibitive.

I am very happy with my Blazing Bull. It Operates as promised and delivers awesome results, fast! The only issue I have is, I'm getting discoloration on the stainless, when I understood the advertising to say its good for years. Perhaps mis understanding on my part. My suggestion is it should come with a stainless cleaner polish, and be cleaned after every 2nd or 3rd use. I'm trying different cleaners now. Do you have a reccomendation as to what I should use, if so please let me know.Thanks.JG
