Worth IT!!
Steaks, Fish, Scallops, Shrimp, all absolutely incredible, 5 Start restaurant food at home. Well built, high quality materials, worth the purchase

This is the fastest and best cooked my steaks have ever been!!!
My steaks have never been cooked and seared as well as the Schwank has cooked them. The Schwank makes it all super easy and cleanup is easy with all the parts being able to be removed and reinstalled in no time at all. No more long cooks standing around waiting for the right heat, for the meat to cook, and best of all no flare ups at all. Highly recommend a Schwank to every one. Yes it is a little pricey but worth every Penney. I will never be without one! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

As advertised
I have an electric smoker that does a great job. I like to reverse sear so getting the steak to 115 is easy but then I have to take the steak off and turn up the heat on the smoker. Needless to say, it takes at least 20 minutes and more pellets to get to the proper temperature. I can avoid that wait and immediately transfer the meat directly to the blazing bull when ready. Awesome tool.

December steak night
We used our grill at our cabin on dec 28 and it was -10 •C outside and the grill cooked our strip loin steaks to perfection 👍 It was our first time using and we watched numerous videos prior to our cook and they helped us to gauge our cook time. The steaks were cooked deliciously… we cooked 8 steaks and had a rhythm going cook 2 and place 2 in the garlic butter and we all had our steaks in our plates within 5 minutes.

Had a great time cooking with the grill. Steak came out awesome, but I also cooled lamb, fish, and vegetables. I would like to say a Big Thanks to Andrew and his team. Grill got shipped late, but he handled it professionally. Gonna recommend it to my bro in law as I told them how great it was.
