I made an error when I entered the order and did not include the cover when shipping would have been free. When I went to order it there was a $24 shipping charge...almost 1/2 the price of the cover. I contacted customer support and they, immediatly without question, gave me a code to waive the shipping. Now for the even better news. I used the grill this weekend. Outstanding results on my first attempt at some Ribeyes. Cant wait to use it again!!!
