The website is very informative
The website is very informative, if I would change anything it would be to have a “specs” tab, I did see the dimensions on the main page but not grill grate size or overall size of opening. I did finally find those answers on the FAQ tab, but I had already spent time on other websites to find answers (like overall weight). The cooking videos on the website are amazing and extremely useful! After much reading and watching, I chose this infrared grille over the Otto and am excited to get it!! The overall build (in USA), ease of cleaning and use, and having more heft (weight) we’re big parts of my decision.

Shipping charges to Malaysia
The shipping charges to Malaysia cost more than the items purchased. Something is not right here.

Excellent steaks off this grill
Excellent steaks off this grill, perfect customer service, haven’t tried pizza yet but cooked wonderful salmon and hamburgers, just have to practice on the height to the burners. Ribeyes and Filets easy peasy!

Food off this grill is the best
Food off this grill is the best. Takes some learning, but once you get it, works great every time. Currently cook more on this grill than any other appliance.
