The cabinet is bad but the grill is good
The grill is good, but assembling the cabinet was unexpectedly difficult. It took four hours, and many of the parts were damaged. The instructions are poorly written. I will return the cabinet for a full refund, but now I am required to disassemble, box and ship the cabinet back. I am facing another 2 or 3 hours of wasted time. Not happy.

Unit was received with a dented back
Unit was received with a dented back. I was not able to get the drawer in due to the dent. There was not visible damage to the box so the unit was packed dented. I'm awaiting response as to what will be done to rectify.

I ordered the stand to put my grill on…
I ordered the stand to put my grill on and have not received it. Paid for it last August and was told it would ship in October. It's November and I've not seen it or heard anything from Schwank.

The 1270.00 Blazing Bull I ordered as a…
The 1270.00 Blazing Bull I ordered as a gift for my brother arrived damaged with a crease across the entire length of the back about 1 inch from the bottom. I didn't notice it until after the gift was presented. Paid 70.00 for expedited delivery but had to wait an extra day because UPS didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

Hi Michael, sorry to hear that your grill arrived damaged. Unfortunately, it sounds like this is due to shipping damage from UPS which they will reimburse us for and accept fault. Grill is is great but lacks instructions
Grill is great. There is a lack of guidance on how to cook with it. Pizza stone just created soggy pizzas and is not worth it. Steaks were amazing on it though. The response to this was worse. Instead of supplying better instruction, they asked me to email them to resend the vague instructions with zero guidance. Dropped it down a star as a grill this expensive should have exceptional customer service not email us and we'll resend what we have.

Hello, the pizza on the Schwank Grill is incredibly delicious and should not be coming out soggy. You should have received instructions on how to cook the pizza with the pizza stone. Sold me a cooker that you did not have…
Sold me a cooker that you did not have and waited a month before it was shipped. Cooker kept going out after being lite while outside and maybe ten mile wind. Made a mess after cooking two steaks. Otherwise the cooker was nice looking and well built.

Hi Harold, sorry for the delay on the shipping. We had the grills built, however, we were awaiting parts from our suppliers due to the global shortages. Difficulty submitting payment.
Had very difficult time submitting payment. Tried several times. Called my bank and they said they could see that I attempted, but that there was no reason as far as they could see that the transaction wouldn't go through. Check with Blazing Bull Chat Service guy name Andrew who was very helpful on other issues but couldn't help with the payment issue. Because I want to take advantage of the Father's Day special, I had to use a different card which is going to cause me some work because I now have to fuss with getting the charges changed. Very frustrating.

Hi Granville, Unfortunately, it seemed like there was an issue with your credit card. Sometimes your bank may decline large purchases to ensure that you are the one making the purchase. Once a different credit card was used it went through perfectly. We're sorry you had to use a different credit card and this caused an inconvenience for you but this would be an issue to take up with your bank.
