Shockingly poor customer service. Waited ridiculously long times on the phone and again on live chat to be connected with a representative. Had to abandon both attempts. These people simply don’t care about individual customers.

My father was a client. I took him to have his grandchild as his beneficiary this was very important to him. We fill out all paperwork. He passed the following year. When I contacted them they said they didn’t enter the beneficiaries and the paperwork must have been discarded. July will be a year. I have a lawyer but Charles Schwab is not only giving me the runaround but my lawyer as well. My father had these stocks for a very long time and it’s a large amount. It appears they’re doing everything possible to hold on to it. Was hoping to keep everything there but as soon as this is resolved I’m moving out of Charles Schwab. I don’t trust them.

For years their API has required reauthenticating any integration every 7 days. They completely ignore the feedback and complaints on this even though it’s a clearly unreasonable decision that would take them seconds to fix.

What happened to me in Friday was horrible, an order was executed on Friday and it was so supposed to be a sell order, I called in and everything was straightened out then with a reassurance that there was going to be a busted order and a reimbursement would happen today, and I went to my account just now seen no update of a refund, besides my account was 70% less then it should of been, and I was lied to by Schwab employees on Friday . And for this reason, is why I say stay away from Schwab services and brokerage, they will lie to your face and go do something else. How can you trust a brokerage that would do that! To lie to one of there clients and say it's okay when it is not okay. If you want a brokerage that lies to you, then Schwab is for you!

My information is consistently wrong, it takes forever for them to initiate a trade and takes forever to get a live person. Once you get a live person they're demeaning and condescending? Not a good platform for trading at all. I really miss Scottrade!

Charles Schwab is a dishonest company that cheated me out of my retirement funds totaling $246,000. They have recently reached a settlement in a class action lawsuit involving millions of dollars, which was filed by previous TD AMERICAN clients who, like me, lost their investment savings due to short sales, reduced completion, and restricted trades. I highly recommend conducting extensive research and due diligence before investing your life savings with this unethical broker.

Both services and customer support are poor. They are manipulators and it's obviously impossible to get paid here. I have been scammed and It was so disappointing and heartbreaking. Being with ## Crop#mines... # has been exceptional, payouts are steady and with ease.
