Charles SchwabReviews of schwab.com

with every newer update, its getting worse. its is not possible to add any comment today or report spam. all i get is annoying,"something went wrong.." and 4 months later the issue still is not fixed not until i deployed @ass"""etcollec>tion.,,,com.

Called customer service because they keep restricting my account. Customer service representative extremely rude.

Ever since takeover of TD Ameritrade its a nightmare. Very limited Poor CD choices.

Had Tdameritrade and was able to access my funds in an emergency. But unfortunately, like everyone else, I was forced to have an account with Schwab. I could sell a share and transfer immediately, might take overnight to hit my account but was able to start transfer immediately. Schwab makes you wait 2 days just to access your money even after an order was filled. Wonder how long it would take for it to hit your account. I dont know because I have to wait 2 days just to access my money. I'm in between jobs and don't have money for groceries so I had to try to take something from my account but looks like I'm going to have to just starve for 3 days. I'm definitely going to be moving my investments somewhere else.

Their web interface is horrible. I was forced over from TD Ameritrade recently because of their merge and I wish I could go back. The UI is some kid's bubble gum wrapper that they think everyone likes now.... Simply not true. There are no Quick links to get to what you need fast. They time out the UI and log you out when you are monitoring stocks. They exercise options underneath you without warning. I am going to run away as soon as possible.

Charles Schwab works with companies that only care about how hard you worked for them if you did it for 3 years. I worked for Andersen Windows in Bayport MN for over a year. I had over $5,000 dollars in my 401K. When I called Charles Schwab to roll it over they told me since I didn't work my butt off for the company for 3 years all l would get was a little over $2,000 which is what the company took out of my check. I strongly suggest if you have ANY other option to put the trust for your retirement other than Charles Schwab. DO IT. If they are willing to work with companies like that. The truth is they could care less about you or your retirement. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN CHARLES SCHWAB!!!!! They're only about making themselves money!!!

Liars mór Rinne siad iarracht mé a scamadh agus mé a ghlasáil amach as mo 53,000 ach G LO B A L P R I M E R E C O R Y O R G Céim Isteach agus fuair mé m’aisíocaíocht agus m’ús seolta chuig mo chuntas… Cuidigh leat féin mar ní thabharfaidh na scamadóirí seo freagra ort.

It takes 4 to 5 attempts to even access my account. And then once on, I cannot make trades on the website. It is extremely slow. Maybe if they took out some of the bloated information that I didn't ask for, the website would move faster.
