Broker made a mistake that sold the stock 6 times and put me in the negative where the checks i wrote for christmas were returned for insufficient funds. when i called and explained if they can please write me a letter stating the Schwab made a mistake and it was not on me they refused stating sorry we cant do that. how do i explain to someone that Schwab made a mistake and instead of a check that was going to help for the holidays is now going to cost them fees for the mistake Schwab made and wont take responsibility in writing me a letter explaining... closing my account i will not deal with a company that does not take responsibility.

Charles Schwab's trading platform is not user friendly. I don't like to trade on this kind of platform. TD ameritrade trading platform was much much better. Hope Charles Schwab pay attention to our complaints.

I have been with CS for over 40 years. I have experienced a noticeable decline in service and out-right benign empathy from its broker servise reps. The fixed income department is the worst and does not allow limit orders on bond trades. There history file of your transaction does not report many bond transactions. All the servise rep can do is wait to hear back from the fixed income department. It’s time to look elsewhere to provide me better customer service.

Since they do not transmit your transactions to the market, they do not give you your money when you make a profit. They didn't even give me my deposit. They don't reply to emails, they don't respond to live chat, and they don't respond from WhatsApp. I had to use the letter on my tittle and they gave an aid

Cannot recommend. Their "back office" "accidentally deleted" my account with all the funds in it and have YET to restore it. On top of that, their "commission-free trading" is offset by poor broker execution. If you look at real-time professional market data, Schwab prices are always a few ticks higher. They prey on the unsophisticated consumer instead of tailoring to the professional trader. STAY AWAY.

I have been trying to open an account for my daughter and it's been over a month since all paperwork has been submitted. I been told over and over again they have everything they need and you should get confirmation in two days. Has that happen yet? NO and no one can tell me why. They keep passing the buck and transferring me to one department to the next. No customer service what so ever! Save your time and your money for a company who actually values you as a customer!!

Why I’m taking my money out of Schwab. Abominable customer service! It took nine days and intense follow up from me for a wire to be completed. I was given the wrong information four times by different customer service reps. Example: I could sign their form electronically, not true, The percentage of withholding from my Ira tax rollover, wrong information. When the funds would be available, wrong information. I got a message that I needed to call: told there was no issue and the wire was happening-wrong information. You can only imagine the time and energy it took from me and the level of frustration and inconvenience it caused by not getting these funds. No apologies, just laid back, if that did happen, kind of attitude, absolutely zero urgency! Run, don’t walk away from this company.
