Charles SchwabReviews of schwab.com

Worse than one star !!!! I’m pulling OUT my 401k contributions and going elsewhere! Forget ever having to take any monies out you will never get your check !!!! Excuse after excuse , delayed and more delayed on THEIR end !!! Every representative says something different!!!!!! Lies and more lies !!!! Take your contributions somewhere else ! Read reviews from the employees!!!! Horrible service ! DONE ✅ I would give less then one star ⭐️ if system allowed !

Transition from TdAmeritrade to Schwab review. Schwab user interface is terrible! Click too many buttons to do trades. No pre/post market charts. I wish we still had TdAmeritrade!! Apps keeps saying no real time quotes. I want to take all my money out.

Account moved over to Schwab last week with the TD Ameritrade sale. In a nut shell it is the worst trading platform I have ever tried to use. Hard to navigate, logs me out randomly, have to go to several different screens to get basic information on a stock, etc.. I could go on and on. Not user friendly at all. I may not be an expert on trading platforms but on this one it is obvious it is one of the worst. Switched to Fidelity and so far it is great. Just a word on reviews. There are several like NerdWallet, Investopedia, and Bankrate that rate Schwab as Five Stars. How that is even possible is baffling. But when you go to the review sites that have actual users reviewing Schwab you get an overall One Star. Trust the actual users.

Woke up to an "Account restricted and will be closed" email. I invested over 10K+ to start investing and within 1 month my account was closed. I called and asked for a reason and they said there was none and they didn't have to give one. I had to liquidate everything and move to another firm. Customer service did not care to help at all and just kept saying closing accounts with no reason is something they can do. Be careful, its your money and they can shut you out from your investments. Wish I could give no stars. TERRIBLE

Ive been a schwab customer for 26 years. For the last six months when I phone in they ask me for account info or social sec. number. The response...they don't recognize my input. I've spoken to I don't know how many people over this time period. I get the response from the representative like a deer in the headlights. They could care less. Switching to Fidelity

Moved over the CS on Monday. Any chance someone could answer your helpline phone. Not impressed with a financial company that cant figure out how to answer phone.

"own your tomorrow" indeed they do, because you certainly don't own it. Tried to transfer my brokerage account out and Schwab refused. Screwed up the unwelcome forced move from Ameritrade, lied about it in their official response to my finra complaint.

Just had a call with one of their operators. Extremely rude. On the UK website I could find how to file a complain. On the .com one seems impossible. I am glad I am leaving and I hope my company never selects this broker for our shares. Page is extremely difficult to navigate and confusing. You call for help and they are arrogant and unpolite. I do not recommend
