I would not wish support of this company against my worst and the most disgusting business I’ve ever witnessed. Compromising my account in my opinion, along with locking me out and requesting documentation that they never had in the first place. My phones are being held without my consent along with, individuals working them out of my account.

C.S. reflects balances less in the mornings than nights before. A lot of $$. Never had missing/loss $ with years at TD. Reps are nice but give me different reasons: calculates incorrectly or will update next day... Something is really wrong. Which company can I move to??

I did a distribution here's the problem. When I tried to do it online it gave me errors so I had to call. I specifically gave the agent my account information and read it back several times and she still put the wrong account number and now my money is sitting in Limbo or as they said well it was probably deposited in the wrong account so it could take several weeks or as they also said there's no guarantee that it will be returned. I have called on several occasions and where's my money it's still not in my account. So if you want to know why you should not use Charles Schwab if you have to call them they will get it wrong every single time your money will show up missing and there's no recourse on their end because they keep saying that oh I'm so sorry that that happened to you but we are do everything in our power to get this right and it's already been two and a half weeks and I still do not have my money.

Since having my TD Ameritrade accounts transferred to Schwab I have had a miserable experience. First, the website and app are severely lacking in functionality with no ability to organize your data. Second, lately the website and app are either down (unable to log in for a day), or displaying numbers that are tens of thousands off! This is simply unacceptable and something I have dealt with using other brokers (Scottrade, TD Ameritrade, legg mason, fidelity, and UBS). Schwab really has dropped the ball and I'll be looking into transferring my accounts to another, more reliable broker.

Locked me out due to fraud, went to a branch 2 times in a week to show id. Finally got ahold of the "fraud dept" and she tells me she is the only person that can help me and she works from home. Hung up on me, called me back giggling that her dog unplugged her computer. These are the people verifying and holding my info? What a joke. Unprofessional and rude. My info is at the hands of whomever is in their homes.

Terrible app, almost equally bad site. Inaccurate info on a trading platform is inexcusable

Unreliable and terrible broker, I would have never picked Schwab to use if I was given a choice. My balance yesterday was changed to 18% down. No fix for it. Their app and website hasn't allowed me to login lately and overall the app is just junky and their news section sucks compared to other brokers. Charles Schwab pays for all the glowing reviews on major websites, its really the worst of the worst. They also don't listen to feedback.

Schwab has inept people answering the phones and giving wrong information to clients! In the process of leaving this brokerage and will be glad to be gone! Made a call to 800# to get a form to transfer a major stock holding back to the transfer company where it originally came from 1 year ago. Not once but twice, I was sent the wrong form. I filled it out not knowing it was the wrong form and faxed to Schwab. A week later when nothing was happening I talked to someone who informed me, the form was incorrect and nothing would go forward. He then submitted the info and the process started which would take 5 business days for an electronic transfer. The most ironic part was when it was transferred into Schwab from the same transfer company, it only took 1 day.
