The absolute worst! And i worked on the trading desk for Schwab when it was Mayer and Schweitzer. I had an account at Ameritrade which got moved to Schwab. I've never seen so many problems - their system has been down so many times, and many times with wrong figures. But this takes them all. I have a trade problem with them and I've called about it three times. They tell me to keep calling them because they haven't solved it and it's their policy NOT to call customers back. hahaha WHAT? So i said to the broker, "So you expect me to keep calling YOU? Until what? All he did was apologize and say that's their policy. Moving my account this week

The company has had at least three instances in recent months when I was not able to login to my account to conduct research or place trades. Today it was as the market is dropping significantly. They offer a phone number but after sitting on hold for 20 minutes I had to drop. They are not responding to the chat interface. I called a local branch and they literally had zero information and responded with "what do you want us to do?"... Maybe fix your stuff and provide any kind of meaningful communication

This company conveniently locked out clients this morning when the market is dramatically down. I can't make any changes. You cannot get in touch with them through their website and calling is completely not accessible. What is with this company. How could their facilities lock everyone out at the most important time?

The market is currently getting slammed. Attempted to login into my accounts but Schwab site has crashed. Then I found out money managers and large account have been trading (buying) at market lows. The average account holder is locked out. I was concerned when TD Ameritrade agreed to the buyout, that smaller accounts would not be treated fairly. We will be moving to another firm.

I was with TD Trade and got bought by Schwab. When we need to trade especially stock crash, the software crash too. This is 3rd times in the last 2 or 3 months since transfer to Schwab. I never had this issue with TD trade for the last 10 years. I will move my balance to somewhere else out. This is worse than I thought it would be.

Big market sell off and I can't access my account due to technical issues. If I can't access it when I actually need it, what's the point of having it at all.

Very very bad. Today (08/05/2024), the Stock Market crashed. I try to login to do a transaction, it will never go thru (online) as well as if try call customer support nobody will come to line. Fed up. I am closing my account with Charles Schwab and move to new trader. Strongly recommend others not to join Charles Schwab, move out of this useless trader.

Nothing works with these as**oles! Today it's impossible to log in to any of their products! I'm going to close all my accounts with these bas**rds. Their support doesn't work either.
