Horrible service!!! Worst of the WORST!!! If you need to send a wire from YOUR account they will DELAY & DELAY & DELAY like its their $$$. Go elsewhere!!!

This company is one of the terrible companies someone needs to run away from. My encounters and experiences with them have been so bad that they are not helping. I suddenly cannot log into my account anymore. Choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best alternative I've made so far all year.

Just caught them today screwing around with the charts on my tos. Got one ticker higher than actual trying to cause tomorrow, and another that was trading higher and they cut it off so it looked like it was trading sideways!! So I could have sold and they let the fn brokers, shorts, sell and leave us hanging!!! F scwab!!!! I'm pulling my money!! They are all for themselves and the shorts!!!

4 days ago I wrote a review on Trust Pilot about Schwab.com and sent that review by email to the law department, because I was really angry that Schwab reps do not get much correct, different people will answer completely different information and the aggravation about trying to get simple answers from the Schwab reps. The moment they got that notice they sent out a letter that day and immediately that they were going to terminate my account giving me 10 days notice for continued trading and a 30 day notice to get all my funds out of there account. These people to me represent exactly how the democratic party operates. If you do not toe the party line they will Silence you. Ostracize you, Shut you down. Kick you out. Warning Warning > Stay Away ! Just Great Reps you Got there. Ha

Very disappointed and unhappy with Schwab. They pay a measly .2% on free credit balances in your account when the competition pays over 4%. Transfer your IRA/brokerage account/money to one of the others like Fidelity or Interactive Brokers or Robin Hood.

This is the worst among companies I have dealt with in my life. My encounter and experience with them has really been so bad with them not helping. I have been unable to login into my account anymore. Seek others better. I really wished I didn't join them and stick toMany ways llc.I never had any issues with them. They always pay promptly.

Charles Schwab has horrendous service!! I have initiated a stock transfer twice and they rejected without informing me on any reasons!! Now my stocks are stuck there and nobody can help me!! I’m going to lodge a report and this is unacceptable! I have never experienced such a thing before and this is by far the worst stock platform u can use!

Where do I begin? How about a rude, crude, obnoxious bumpkin for a service rep on the phone. I wanted to reestablish my old Ameritrade account with Charles Schwab and boy was that a mistake. I called up customer service and after the obligatory identity questions I was greeted with a grumpy, bitter woman who has no business pretending to be a good csr. I simply wanted to reestablish my account so I could trade and all I received was the third degree and a sorry attitude. The rep made me feel like I was putting her out just because she could not effectively identify me with stupid, inane questions. I made a big mistake calling up this company and asking for help. It is Fidelity for me for my investment needs after this treatment. Charles Schwab is the pits.
