If you value your time and money, steer clear of this service. The moment they suspect you're planning to leave or move funds elsewhere, they do everything possible to block your transactions and trap your money. I recently attempted to transfer $5,000 from my account to another trading platform. They initially stopped the wire and required me to call them. After spending over an hour trying to reach their team, answering endless questions, and listening to them claim the other platform was "not secure" (clearly an attempt to dissuade me from moving my money), they assured me the wire would be approved. Instead of approving it, they outright rejected the wire and locked my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Now, they’re telling me I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone to call me and verify my identity. This delay is nothing more than a tactic to hold onto my money for a few extra days, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using this service if you want to maintain control over your own funds.

Schwab used to be a great place. Since they have merged with Ameriprise no coincidence, their people have become less competent and rude. Ameriprise naturally is the pit of brokerage now Shwab is aspiring to be lower than them. I don't feel comfortable with them having my money and neither should you!

I’m my husband power of attorney on my husband account because he’s incarcerated i been racially profiled and bias on the case i did everything I was told to do in order for his money to be realesd they had me to get paperwork notarized three times to tell me that they can’t release his money to me because they don’t deal with our kind because I’m African American I was totally disrespected by so many customer service people including the notary department by a young lady name Nikki they been giving me the run around since September 2024 and where in January 2025 if your a person of color don’t put your money in this bank because they don’t want your business but if I had been another color I wouldn’t have had a problem I’m so disgusted with this bank that they would give me the run around since 2024 than tell me they don’t want business from my kind

Terrible people to work with first line is morons who have the basic skills of secretaries you can’t speak to anyone with intelligence treat long standing customers with lots of money like garbage but options are so limited spend hours on hold or talk to condescending rude egomaniacs

TOS stinks! I used to trade 75-100 shares/yr. Now, 5-6 times since 7/24. Switching away from this piece of crap.

Also want to add they don't take feedback. RUDE! Original post: On the website you can only see the day change $ or day change % but not at the same time! Same with gain (even more important). Can't see both at the same time. We need to see them both at the same time! There is plenty of room to see both. Whoever designed that part is not an investor. FIX IT!!!! I want to add that you CAN see these items on the app. But not the website. SO LEAVE THE APP ALONE AND CHANGE THE WEBSITE!
