BEWARE OF THINK OR SWIM PLATFORM. I have noticed that the data displayed on TOS desktop and TOS web is corrupted. Data for stock positions such as cost basis, profit or loss YTD and DAILY. both in percentage and dollars, can be incorrect. This makes it necessary to constantly check your portfolio against the Schwab dinosaur site to verify your true cost basis for stocks. What good is a platform with data you cannot trust. I have talked with their customer service on several occasions and they respond with they will let tech dept know. This has been an ongoing issue since the TD AMERITRADE consolidation and it seems there is no resolution.

Very disappointing, something is not functioning properly at this company. I have applied to open a new account the 11 of January, today the 04 of february still did not hear a word from them. There was a missing document that was supplied from my side the 24 of January. I rather chose interactive broker and pay the fees, my account was open within 24 hours!!! Shame on you Charles Schwab!!!!

We wanted to transfer funds that matured from UAAA to Charles Schwab. We requested assistance numerous times, they never called back. We have transferred our funds to Edward D Jones and couldn't be happier

Customer support was useless. They don't listen to what I'm saying.

Schwab does not allow fractional share purchases like other brokerages. They are also very slow to release tax documents, and they don't have a good explanation, considering the process is automated. The delay will cost me extra with turbotax filing.

$2000 mysteriously disappeared from account mysteriously and Customer service said they cannot do anything about it, I had to report to Rose Lane (GP) Limited to intervene

Check fraud. In my brokerage checking account, Schwab paid three blatantly fraudulent checks, and would have paid a fourth except the account had been drained. None of the security features supposedly built into their checks were enforced. Its obvious from even a superficial glance at the fraudulent checks that none of the security features were on them. Schwab has not restored any of this stolen money to my account, even though it's been a month since the theft occurred.

Deceptive practices. Stock purchases slways go through at highest price prr day, not instantaneous even with large multinationalcompanies. Their mobile web site foes not have accurate numbers. Finally told by Schwab if want accurate numbers use their website
