Schwab is failing, it's one of those companies that let their guard down and filled unskilled folks holding a title without accountability. The quality of the work has degraded over time, as a User I have seen numerous outages for several hours to half a day. And every time I called the customer service shows a great sympathy, while they ignore the fact that they have a fundamental problem inside the company. This is how a company let go their accountability and quality, and users migrate to another platform. I am one of them but I am sure many will follow the same suit and migrate to a much smarter platform than schwab with higher quality.

My experience with this company was disappointing as I constantly encountered communication issues and repeated difficulties withdrawing my funds. Throughout the process, I received conflicting explanations from customer service, making it difficult to understand what was actually required for the withdrawal. I was told several times that my funds would be released after further verification, and on other occasions I was informed that additional fees or requirements had to be met before the withdrawal could be processed. Despite following the instructions, the situation remained unresolved for an extended period of time, and I never received a clear explanation of the status of my funds or why new claims kept appearing. The lack of transparency and consistent communication significantly damaged my trust in the company's customer support. I expected timely information, clear explanations, and a reliable withdrawal process, but was disappointed. If you are considering using this company, I recommend that you carefully review the policies, document all communications, and ensure that you fully understand the withdrawal process and all related requirements before depositing funds. In my experience, clearer communication and greater transparency would have made a huge difference. They are not regulated and without help it is almost impossible to hold them accountable. Ultimately, as recommended, I opened a case with Kaybrin llc. They reviewed all deposit receipts and took immediate action. Thanks to their professional work, I was able to get my money back. Anyone considering using this service should proceed with caution and carefully weigh the potential risks before investing.

I was Called for years to sign up and have Schwab my portfolio. I’ve traded over 40 years and done well but decided to relax an give them a chance. Many promises made with little done. Tax consulting, was a big one for me and got none.. investment methods yes but we’re not followed. They ended up totally vesting me in one day which was not the way I was first told would happen and not to my recommendation. Highly highly recommended managing your own accounts. But one thing they did take was their fees!

This firm has been handling an inheritance in my family since DECEMBER, 2025. It is now almost October, 2026. They have fumbled through this legal paperwork for literally the amount of time it takes to gestate and birth a human child, and they're still at it. The most recent of dozens of hangups involves a misunderstanding of the legal language that borders on incompetence. No, it actually just is incompetence, or else this has all been intentional delay tactics to earn more fees. Whatever the case, the moment this money is released, I will be moving it elsewhere.

I will NEVER TRUST SCHWAB COMPANY after this company stole my money: The only time I ever gave Schwab company any money, this company just stole it. Therefore I will never again give Schwab any money for anything. I opened a Schwab brokerage account (in early September 2026) then I put a small amount of money into that from my bank (bank checking account) as a test to make sure eventually I can move part or all of that/my money back out of Schwab brokerage account. But after 4 business days & still counting/continuing, my Schwab brokerage account will NOT let me take ANY portion of that/my money back out of my Schwab brokerage account, to back into my bank. So I will never buy any products Schwab company sells.

Can Not Access my own money! Recently my debit card stopped working even though I had plenty of money in my account, and when I called, it took over an hour to verify me. The people were very incompetent, and I was locked out of my own account with no access to my own money. I am still waiting to be able to get to my money and am writing this while I wait patiently on the phone.

Horrible customer service, never using Schwab again.

Schwab does not want you to make money on Options. My strategy is simple deep in the money calls and puts. I never go close to the 390 rule and I have been flagged as a professional trader. Their feedback was change my trading strategy because its hurting their market makers pricing. The margins are small my account is small. Even though I pay them commissions and fees on each order, they still don't care because my account is only 70k. They pretty much told me not to trade deep in the money because I'm taking advantage of 0 DTE or 7 DTE options. I asked them so why have them anyway. They said so the market makers can provide them better pricing.
