Maybe I'm an airhead & am one of only a few that didn't understand what this whole scent event plan is about? I purchased a Groupon for it initially. I just sort of guessed my way through everything. Web site was confusing, I don't feel like I got my money's worth with this Groupon "special." I paid $15 for a small perfume sample of my choice. The fragrance I chose smelled amazing. That is the only positive I have to comment on. I feel like I was ripped off & I still don't understand how that was a bargain?? What is even the point of a scent event membership??

Good customer service. Quality scents. Horrible packaging

Speedy delivery and well packaged. Just a horrible scent so I have my suspicions as to whether or not it is a real Tom Ford product. Very uncertain.

I am always pleasantly surprised with my purchase from Scentsevent. The product always arrives on time and is a quality product. I look forward to ordering and receiving more from Scentsevent.

My decants we not full when they arrived,i think they leaked a little. They smell good tho& i will be willing to use there service agin i do like the selection

I still haven't received my items. I ordered them on Sept. 15 and here it is the 23rd and still nothing. The tracking says that someone created a shipping label but they never received the items to be shipped. I reached out to the seller and they said they don't know why I haven't received my items yet. They said they would send out a replacement with extra samples...and yet still I have not received even the email with the tracking...that was 2 days ago...I guess they just ripped me off for $62.75 ---- Updated review--- Finally, my items arrived. The seller told me that they have had a number of problems with USPS which doesn't surprise me , it's runned by our government and they screw up EVERYTHING. The seller did say that they would send a replacement order with "extra samples". I guess I will have to wait and see if those arrive...either way, I got what was paid for, so I"m happy about that. I gave you 3 stars just because just because of the mishap. I don't want this review to deter others from ordering from you. So, for those of you who read this review, take it with a grain of salt and place an order.

One of my decants (herod) leaked, the box smelled great!!

Kinda put off ... first month of subscription... everything came in a nice box and looked cute. Second month Perfume vial came protected with cut up free Usps materials. Not tasteful or professional at all ...
