I applied the order and they sent to me the tracking number after the item was returned to them. Never answered. I made the payment through Amazon and when I asked Amazon for refund the company said a lie to Amazon.Thus I lost the money. Never order to them. If you look on their site they show that Trustpilot reviews are is not good. They are right, here people write how bad is the company. My order ID was P01-2362908-0732763 and merchant order ID 390004. April 18,2026. A risky place to put money. Even until now they never answered at may emails.

There is no way to track when orders are shipped. Customer service is pathetic. Do not buy from these people.

They say they refunded my order, but the refund never showed up in my account. Scammers. Look at all the other reviews.

BEWARE. My husband purchased a sample of Guerlain Tonka Sarrapia Extrait 75 for me from this company. We paid extra for 3-Day Expedited shipping, yet the order took approximately a week to arrive. When the sample arrived, I immediately noticed that the liquid was dramatically lighter in color than an authentic Guerlain sample. More importantly, the fragrance itself smelled significantly different from both my previous experience with Tonka Sarrapia and an authentic sample obtained from another source. Side-by-side testing confirmed substantial differences in both scent profile and appearance. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns. They responded right away that the fragrance was not Tonka Imperiale, and that fragrance and color could be off, which made no sense, as I hadn't ordered or mentioned Tonka Imperiale. They offered a 20% refund if I shipped the item back at my own cost, and didn't address the expedited shipping issue at all. After awhile, they stopped responding. I began a chargeback with my credit card. Based on my experience, I cannot verify the authenticity of the product I received and would not feel comfortable purchasing anything from this retailer.

One star is too high a review for Scentsevent. This company sent me a tiny bottle of the perfume I ordered. No label. Leaking. And it smelled NOTHING like the perfume I was used to wearing. Then they charged me a ridiculous restocking fee when I returned it. I should have done my research before ordering from this dishonest company so my bad. I just hope I can help someone else from making the mistake I made.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED! I placed an order on February 26th. On March 2 I received a tracking number stating the package was shipping from California. I paid for two day shipping. On March 6, I contacted them asking about the status of the shipment with no reply because it had not shipped in four days. I contacted them again on March 10 and they replied back “ will ship you another one”, with no tracking information and no signature on their email. I was basically treated like I was an inconvenience for asking about my order that never shipped. There is no clearly verified public record showing who owns ScentsEvent. It appears to be a privately run online decant seller operating from California, but the individual owner or company entity is not clearly disclosed.

Not only did the package arrived damaged due to poor packaging, but smelled like absolutely nothing! It was so watered down and the juice didn’t even match the color of the authentic fragrance. They said they would replace it, but as soon as I called them out on receiving a watered down product and demanding a refund, they disappeared. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They are thieves. This company should not be getting away with this! I’m a fragrance collector and know a fake when I see one.

Just received my order from scent event 3-2-2026 Nishane Papilefio, Xerjoff Louis XV 1722, Dior Tobacolor, 1 Million Oud all four of the bottle where leaking two of them where only filled three fourth. All of them did not smell like what I sample at the store. I own several bottles of each brand.
