Have to admit they have the bestest customer service I ever came across that I wish others were like this . I told them the situation I had at the apartment and not getting packages because we have no mailbox or key for that matter and I had lost packages because the front office failed to bring them so I ended up losing them and they were able to send a one time courtesy .they have been a blessing through the whole thing .I love this service so much and the price of the subscription is very reasonable and I love that so much ,I just subscribed for 3 items a month. I really do recommend this service and if you are looking for good awesome customer service , this is for you.

I’m loving my Scent Box subscription! They offer more fragrances to choose from than other platform. Their return policy is unreal! My order was fulfilled and shipped exactly when it was supposed to be. I’d definitely recommend ScentBox if you’re looking to try new perfumes.

I absolutely love ScentBox, and their customer service is incredibly helpful. I had an issue where I had to pay postage on one of my packages, and I contacted their customer service. They fixed the problem immediately with friendliness and professionalism. The pricing on their mini scents are great, and there’s such a great selection!

I purchased a scentbox subscription as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves getting them monthly. Recently we received a broken sample bottle. I emailed scentbox, they very quickly responded, and within just a few days got the replacement. Im very happy with the service they provided.
