My package was supposed to be shipped on the 28th it’s been an entire week have not received an email or even a shipping confirmation. They could highly improve on there communication would give them a 1 star scent bird shipped me a box on the 28th and gave me a shipping confirmation.

This company is ridiculous. I ordered weeks ago, never received it then they said it was delivered.. it was NOT DELIVERED. Being called a liar without saying the word liar is what your email is saying to me! I'm going to share each email on each one of your posts on your websites on Facebook on tiktok Reddit Google everywhere I can to show that this company does not honor their clients but cause them liars when they do not receive a package that they paid for a month ago. I wish i could post the emails to show the terrible customer service!

Marked as label created may 22nd. Tracking still doesnt show it as shipped on the 31st. Right... I remember why I cancelled this last year. Same exact issue.

Terrible site and payments frustratingly stupid

Placed a monthly gift subscription for my wife. Neither she nor I received the gift or any notification. Asking for an eta of the ordered gift, the response was that they’d sent my wife 5 notifications to activate the gift over 5 days. Since I was never told this activation from my wife was needed and it was a surprise birthday gift, I didn’t know to warn her to check spam for the notification. Found it; tried to “activate“; nothing worked. Sent multiple emails to sent box to no avail. Seems very much like a scam intended to trap customers. Strongly advise avoiding this company.

I ordered my monthly subscription & it never came . I keep reaching out to customer service but no reply . Such a ripoff

I picked 3 scents for one month and they chose to send me none of what I chose i guess i got overstock. I would not recommend this site very unsatisfied will be switching to scentbird ASAP. I want to use stronger words but trying to keep my cool DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

Scentbox has horrible customer service and an even worse billing system. They overcharged my card several times. Beware! Very hard to cancel.
