I'm happy with how the website is set up, keep it as it is. If it wasn't for groupon I would have never known about scarves.com. Although, i did not purchase through groupon I have to be honest and say why I only gave four stars. I checked out the website three days prior to making my purchase on Thanksgiving and thought the prices for certain thin any season styled scarves were way to high. Making my purchase on Thanksgiving worked out perfectly because they offered a Black Friday special of 40% off and ended up buying more than originally planned. I just really hope the scarves are as described, I would definitely buy from scarves.com if what I receive is what I intended to purchase.

I have been watching inventory waiting for more scarves to come in, and then I saw the black friday sale. When I was checking out at first said I could not use Groupon and Black Friday discount, but when I put in the Groupon first it worked just fine. I ordered for store once before and get tons of complements on the scarves I got, and now I just scored a whole bunch more. So excited to get them.

I used this website simply because I earned a free Groupon and I had to use it before it expired, so I bought one for scarves.com. Right off the bat, I'm disappointed with the prices. One would think that if a website sells scarves as a specialty they would be at somewhat of a discounted price, when in fact a decent scarf (not one made for warmth even, but a thin pretty one) is $19.95. This includes pashminas which can be easily purchased in New York for $5 or even in a mall 3 for $19.95. In addition, most of the scarves I was willing to pay for were sold out or backordered, making the inventory very limited. However since I had to use my Groupon I filled my cart and went to checkout and then I was told that my Groupon could not be used with the Black Friday deal. Quite a disappointing experience to say the least. I will not be returning.

I have been browsing this site for about a month trying to decide what scarves to purchase as gifts. So many beautiful items to choose from! I spied a great turquoise zebra print pashmina for my daughter, yet when I decided to purchase, it was sold out. Today I go back and it is not on the site. (Oh well, better luck next time!) I still found some other beautiful pashminas that will be sure to please their recipients. My advice is to get it when you see it! This company is hot!

But a few things 'irked' me about my online shopping experience. 1. As I was shopping and placing items in my cart, they would suddenly be removed from my cart and become unavailable on the site for me to purchase. Nothing about back-ordered or anything! Just gone :( 2. I don't know if it was the company, groupon, or their arrangement. But I think if you're still ordering over $50 worth of goods -- Free shipping should still be included.

Just wish you could search by price and they had more sale items.
