i only tried scarves.com because of a good deal from groupon. i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products. i ordered 4 scarves in total. i also liked how the items arrived faster than the anticipated 10 business days. and the best part was that the scarves came in a felt envelope. it made wrapping the scarves as a christmas present seem even more special. two things i didn't like very much though: 1. they had tried to squeeze two scarves into one felt envelope. well, one of the scarf was thick, so the felt envelope's stitching gave out a little. just a little though, it wasn't very obvious. 2. i also ordered 2 scarf hangers and was eagerly awaiting for those. when the package arrived, there was a note saying that something was wrong with their inventory, and the hangers were no longer available. that was a bummer because i was really hoping to get those hangers. they should not have been made available online to be ordered in the first place.

I just placed my first order with Scarves.com, but they seem to have good quality products. I can't wait for it to arrive! And mostly I just wanted to feed your dog a treat.

The one scarf that did arrive was very pretty, great texture, and good quality. Very poor customer service, and very slow. There's a lot of competition out there for our hard earned dollars and their CEO should start figuring that out.

I purchased 5 scarves and twice one of the scarves I selected was out of stock by the time my order was processed. I received 2 courteous emails from customer service but it still took longer than I had hoped to actually receive the scarves because of the items being sold out twice. However, once the scarves arrived they were quite soft and very vibrant in color. They add to any outfit they are paired with.

I bought three scarves: two as gifts and one for myself. They are all gorgeous, in rich colors, and super soft! My order came quickly and was packaged beautifully. I am completely satisfied with my order. Thanks, scarves.com!

I ordered my scarves in October and was thrilled by the selection and variety of styles and colors! Two of my choices were backordered, so unfortunately the entire order didn't end up shipping until December, but when they arrived I loved every scarf! They were exactly as described, great quality, exactly what I was expecting! I wish the communication about the entire order not shipping until December would have been better communicated, but overall would definitely recommend and order again!

The two scarves I purchased as Christmas gifts were both received with wide eyes and "wow, it's beautiful!". The customer service was also fantastic with quick replies and friendly people...a rarity in much customer service! Thank you!

Bought a few scarves for myself and some for gifts. They shipped fast and in the cutest package!! Had to wait a while to order due to everyone buying their Groupon deal but they restocked alot quicker than I expected and I loved how they categorized "long" scarves by themselves, I hate having to read the dimensions of each one! I will be ordering from them again!
