Had a great start with SWS. In the first month the team helped us rewrite our sales script, we got our sales close rate from 25% to 50% and got 50% of the money we invested back because of the extra sales closed. With less than halfway in the programme, I am happy with the progress and can't wait to get the Youtube funnel up and running 100% to start getting more leads in. Also, Thomas and Joe have been a great help in coaching us 1 on 1 in the programme. I would highly recommend Scaling with systems as the team and training is top-tier.

I think I was not fair with the way I acted as a client. At the moment I didn't feel heard/treated correctly by the team, but it had to do more with my personal issues rather than the actual service. I didn't embrace the program fully, and complained about things even though I wasn't doing the work. I really wanted to leave a review because of the great intentions Ravi and the team have. Maybe the program seems overwhelming because of how complete it is, but it works if you work. It worked for me, even though I acknowledge I could have made it work even further. Wanted to thank the team for it.

I also had the chance to attend a recent mastermind with Ravi, the CEO, and one thing became clear—he’s not just another content creator talking in theory. He’s actually running a business, testing strategies in real-time, and sharing what’s working right now. That’s a rare thing in the coaching space. One of the biggest lessons we’ve taken from working with Scaling With Systems is that sticking to the basics is what drives real growth. Ironically, we had drifted away from them. They also helped us identify blind spots—from tracking the right numbers to keeping a lean, efficient team and ensuring all our systems are dialed in. And I have to bring it back to Chung. The guy doesn’t just show up—he’s fully invested. Our meetings are set for an hour, but when he saw we were struggling in certain areas, he stayed for nearly four hours to help us get clarity. That kind of commitment is rare. At the end of the day, Scaling With Systems isn’t just a service—it’s a long-term partnership. The team is full of A+ players, and Ravi leads by example. I have no doubt we’ll be working with them for a long time.
