Trevon, thank you for this. "Faster than expected" is genuinely what we push for because we know you're running a real business and time matters. The fact that the results showed up quickly and the communication stayed clear throughout means a lot to hear. That's exactly the standard we hold ourselves to. Appreciate you sharing this. — The Scaling With Systems Team

Hey Aja! Thanks so much for the response, means the world to us. We'd love to be able to improve our communication, however, in our system, we have no emails, calls, or texts from you asking questions or requesting help. Since your original experience with us was almost 19 months ago and our contract for one-on-one support is not "lifetime", I think we didn't realize you needed additional help. Please email "[email protected]" and we can get you back access to our coaching team so we can better serve you. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Hey Robert, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us feedback, it means a lot to us and we are always working to improve our customer experience. I did a deep dive into all communications you had with your client success manager and we couldn't find a single message that your client success manager did not reply to on the same day. There were also multiple instances where your client success manager was replying on a Saturday or Sunday (when we are closed). Any message that wasn’t replied to the same day was because your message was around 6 or 7pm+ EST, which we are closed at that time, so we got back first thing in the morning. Also I found multiple instances of us requesting a reply from you, giving proactive check-ins and reaching out to you before you asked the question in multiple instances. I don't write all this to say you're wrong, I simply want to make it right, but I can't find exactly what we did wrong based on your feedback. If you would be so kind as to email "[email protected]" with further information we will 100% make it right. Thank you so much for taking the time and I hope this gave you some clarity.
