⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently joined Lauren Tickner’s Scale System to help me boost my social media content, grow my audience, and attract my ideal clients. Although I’ve just started, I’m already seeing a big shift in my confidence and approach, even as someone who isn’t naturally social media savvy and does not have a big audience (yet). The program is full of value, but the real superstar is Mariana Bello. She has a solution for every single question and concern, and her insights are beyond incredible. In such a short time, I’ve been consistently impressed by her expertise, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a supportive program that actually helps you move forward, I highly recommend it. Five stars all around!

I was sold on Scale Systems based on the extensive promises made during a sales call, including high-level support, personalized strategies, and systems to help grow my business. When I requested that these promises be reflected in the contract, I was told they would not be included. As a result, I did not sign the contract, but the company still charged my card for $20,000. When I attempted to work with the company to resolve these issues, I was ignored and eventually received little support. Eventually, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Contrary to Scale Systems' public statements, they did not issue a refund-my financial institution ruled in my favor and returned the funds based on a lack of delivery and misrepresentation. What has been most disturbing is what happened after the dispute. The company’s founder used private information that I shared during the initial sales call-about my personal and financial situation-to contact someone in my professional network and attempt to discredit me. This was a clear breach of trust and confidentiality. Additionally, I received emails threatening legal action if I did not remove my honest, fact-based review. This experience has been not only disappointing but deeply disheartening. I am not seeking financial gain through this review. My intent is to help others avoid the distress and breach of ethics I experienced. My review reflects a firsthand, truthful account of my experience and complies with all platform guideline despite repeated attempts to silence me.

The growth we've seen as a result of executing the tactics and strategies that SaleSystems.io teaches is absolutely awesome. We could never quite get organic marketing to be effective until Lauren and her team helped to shift our entire perspective on it, and showed us exactly how to use it to our advantage. Lauren has the best social media trainings & strateiges for Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn Organic! I was very impressed at how quickly they worked, especially with her Facebook Viral Thread strategy that immediately grew my Facebook reach to over 1,200,000+ people within 90 days of starting to work with her! Lauren has a great program & great social media strategies that work very well to grow your social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. The thing I love is that the social media strategy isn't specifically about just growing your accounts, but actually reaching more of your ideal clients who are likely to convert! I was sold on learning psychological triggers that would dramatically increase my lead generation through a system that was presented as requiring just 2-3 hours per week to implement Instead, from the outset, I was given generic templates and instructed to conduct high-volume outbound messaging - up to 50 people per day. When I expressed concern about the lack of alignment with this approach, I was given another "system" that involved sending 170 outbound messages per day. There's nothing inherently wrong with outbound prospecting, but there's also nothing especially novel or sophisticated about simply increasing the volume of manual outreach. That was not the system I believed I was purchasing. Trying to apply the system only pulled me further away from my authentic voice, alienated potential high-ticket clients, and stalled the natural way I've always grown my business. Over time I became increasingly frustrated with the customer experience. It became apparent that staff had been hired without adequate training, communication was fragmented, client concerns were mishandled, and accountability became increasingly difficult to find. The irony wasn't lost on me that a business called Scale Systems appeared to be struggling with the very challenge its name suggests it had mastered. However, the biggest disappointment wasn't just that the results fell short. It was what happened afterwards. I was denied the money back guarantee and the promises that were made in the sales call were blatantly disregarded. My many attempts to approach the founder were ignored, and my case was repeatedly fobbed off to different staff members who, in my view, tried to gaslight me by insisting the issue was my lack of participation. I was told I was ineligible because I hadn't attended midnight group calls, posted every day, or met expectations that I had never agreed to and that were never disclosed during the sales process. Even accessing the promised "system" proved difficult. Training links were broken, platforms were constantly changing, and I never experienced the coherent system that had been represented during the sales process. The eventual refund was received 18 months after I first requested it. This was appreciated, but it only came about because multiple clients with similar experiences continued to advocate for themselves until someone within the company was finally willing to investigate what had happened However, what remains difficult to reconcile is that this resolution did not come from the founder herself, despite repeated opportunities over nearly two years to review the evidence and address the concerns directly. There has been no accountability from the founder, and on this Trustpilot review site it still states that these reviews were because we "confused the company with another lead generation company". That was not my experience. I was sold directly by the Scale Systems founder, who told me: "If we don't generate you a full ROI, you don't pay and you get to keep the system." The financial aspect has now been resolved. What cannot be returned are the hundreds of hours spent trying to receive what I was promised, advocating for myself, the stress of an 18 -month dispute, and the unnecessary toll it took on my family and peace of mind. Money can be repaid. Time cannot. Prospective customers should do their own due diligence and carefully document any representations made during the sales process.
