There was a time when I was receiving continuous emails telling me that my application was not complete. I finally talked to someone who told me that there was a glitch in the system. He fixed it and then two weeks later I got the loan. So aside from that, all good. One thing I would have added was regularly updated on the loan. But truly, it must have been very chaotic for all of you, and despite all that you did great.

I've found my experience with SBA.com to be quite helpful. They made it easy to connect me with the right resource to get my PPP loan, with clear communication along the way.
