Say it with a Sock is a personalized note and brand-name sock subscription service that focuses on making every month a lot better (because either you, or someone you know is getting surprise mail in the form of socks—aka the best kind of mail). As a brand we’re passionate about sock surprises, monthly notes, and bathtub hooch (okay, maybe not that last part). Don’t be surprised when your friend, significant other, and/or family member starts calling you “the favorite”

I have used them for 3 years for Christmas specials for 6 month subscriptions. First 2 years were good. 3rd year has been a night mare. Subscription sign up issues, shipping issues, billing issues. Emails from them stating my subscription would be cancelled if I did not update payment info. But I was a 6 month prepaid subscription. Told to ignore this. Incorrect type of socks shipped and customer service argue with me as to why. condescending comments, false claims of my actions, etc. etc. Letting this 6 month expire and I am done! Hate it cause they have a pretty good product. But too many issues.

Initially I loved this subscription, but after consistent issues with delivery service I had to get rid of it. They decided to go tracking free with USPS and clearly lied when socks were delivered. The customer support seemed so great, but here I am having cancelled my subscription and just praying my last month of socks that they supposedly shipped out will arrive by the holidays.

What a treat getting these awesome socks delivered to us every month. The designs are great and the quality couldn't be better. Received this as a gift but definitely going to buy myself another subscription afterwards

I signed my husband up for a subscription last year and he has really liked the socks he has received thus far. The November socks weren't to 'his liking' so we emailed them and they included a free replacement pair with his December shipment. What I really liked about this is that they asked us to donate the other pair to a local homeless shelter. Based on our experience with them I would recommend them.

We have used sayitwithasock for two years for our teenage son and have LOVED it! Great socks, Great quality (and our son is hard on socks), and a great monthly fee. We’ve very much enjoyed this company’s product.

I gave a one year subscription to my son in law and, without contacting me, this 12 month gift was rolled over for another year. Only after my son in law told me halfway through the next year that he was still receiving socks did I know to contact the company. I was refunded six months worth but would like a full refund since I have the unused, recovered socks to return. Since I cannot get a return call or email after trying for nearly two months and all I want is a name and address for returning these socks, I have no recourse. I would never recommend any dealings with this company and I can easily say that what initially seemed a great gift idea has turned into a customer service nightmare...truly the worst experience I've had with an online business. Update: I must amend this review because the owner, Daniel, just phoned to apologize and generously refund my full year's membership charge. He is thoroughly decent, respectful, and apologetic. So, while the experience was as I stated, the resolution was gracious, generous, and satisfying. I would recommend them since their product is delightful and great fun, and as a business, they certainly adhere to the adage, "the customer is always right."
