I cannot figure out how the magnetic charging works. I already emailed this question and got no answer. I am inclined to refuse to pay for them.

Terrible experience. Customer service has delays in responding. Promotion was a “bait and switch”. Major hassle to get a refund. Still haven’t got reimbursed fully. Don’t recommend doing business with this company.

Ganz ganz schlechte Bande!

Hello, We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and distress caused to you. Please allow us to explain the situation: According to our policy, we do accept returns within 30 days, but product returns directly from our China warehouse will involve additional shipping costs. Therefore, we provide some alternatives, including partial refunds or exchanges, which can help reduce the cost of returns for customers. We fully understand your concerns and we will do our best to help you find the best solution. We deeply regret the stress this situation has caused you and are committed to improving our service in the future. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Savior Heat Customer Service Team

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN - NON-EXISTENT. We purchased their higher-end camo gloves and socks from their website for a special birthday and Christmas gift for my dad, but found out as soon as he tried them on that their glove sizes run too small for normal hands. We contacted them immediately, but never received a reply back. We tried 5+ times to contact them over several weeks and months, through all kinds of routes and never once received a reply. It would have been very simple to return the completely new gloves and exchange them for the correct size. They refused to do anything about it.

Wenn ich könnte würden es -10 sterne sein. Habe fehlerhafte Handschuhe bekommen.
