Bought these so I can ride my ebike during a typical Michigan winter and when I snow shovel or use my snow thrower. Appears that these Savior heated gloves will prevent my fingers from getting uncomfortably cold. Charged the batteries and turned on the heat. Takes a few minutes to reach operating temperature. Not cold enough yet to determine how well they will keep my hands warm compared to non-heated gloves. Seller provided adequate shipping info and the gloves arrived relatively quickly. They are as advertised - thick gloves 100% leather with a cotton/polyester blend lining.

First I bought heated gloves and later heated socks. Both are great!! It's a huge difference since I used. No more frozen fingers, no more suffering riding my bike!!

After a week of waiting for my gloves to arrive, I contact Savior support by email (as they tell you to do on their website) and they got back to me within 24 hours. They told me they would get their delivery company to find out what went wrong and to get the gloves to me as soon as possible. The gloves then arrived at my doorstep within 24 hours. Savior also refunded my $20 shipping fee and gave me a 25% discount on my next purchase - which will be used for a second set of batteries for the gloves. Meanwhile, I tested the gloves this morning on a two hour walk in zero degrees and they worked just fine. No more cold hands for me. The gloves are very well made and the packaging and quality of the electrical wires, plugs and batteries is first class. I can see now why the Savior heated gloves always rate so highly in online reviews and annual rankings of heated gloves. A first class product that comes with first class service.
