Liner Handschuhe-BH06. Keine Heizwirkung
Response from SAVIOR HEATJan 16, 2024

Ignore me in regards to a replacement
I'll received them in November and they broke by mid-December. I received excellent communication at first in the form of emails. I email them the problem. The email me back asking for more information. I gave him more information. They sent one more email saying they would replace them with a link to the website asking me to select which one I wanted and they would send it to me. I have emailed them back with the information that they asked for and they have completely ignored me in regards to this issue. I have also message them on Facebook and TikTok. No response at all. Not sure if I've been scammed Apple certainly looks like it's so far. Hopefully they will respond shortly

Couldn't return gloves with cold pinkies
I couldn't return gloves with cold pinky fingers. I bought these gloves for my wife in December. I messaged their support@ email address on Dec 11th because the pinky fingers were too cold, on a dry and 35F day it was really disappointing for her to have cold fingers on a walk. I didn't get any response to the email so I emailed again on 12/18. I didn't get any response again so I filled out their contact web form online and didn't get a response from that either. The Live Chat link on their website is always dead. I don't know what timezone it works in, but it hasn't worked for me day or night. The product seems mostly fine but I wouldn't order this from them directly again because of the customer service.

No response/No return
I bought these for a X-Mas present and when I went to return them, because the recipient already had them, I could not get a response from Savior. They won’t take a return without authorization (RMA). If they don’t take a refund, I could'nt possibly recommend Savior!

Missing part of my order
Although the socks arrived quickly, I also ordered batteries which have not arrived. No-one gets back to me and all that is available to contact anyone is an email address. Their website says they've got Live Chat, but it does not operate. They have of course taken my money but I have not got the product, nor can I get them to respond. Update: they have replied via this site, thank you. However, where do I reply to? I don't want to use their normal email address which they confess is overwhelmed and it will get lost - again. Further update: another reply, thank you, but they still don't give email address. The only way I can ensure they do something is to give my order number via this site, #6805. I am reluctant to give my email on here!
