Hello, I just reviewed your order, and the iPhone we received is XS Max, not 11 Pro Max that was originally quoted. 11 Pro Max has 3 cameras on the back, but XS Max has 2 cameras on the back. Also here is IMEI report. I am 100% sure there was no mistake on our side, because we inspect a bunch of iPhones everyday. Please email us so we provide photos of your iPhone. Hello. I have reviewed your order and I can see that the device we received is different model than was initially quoted. I understand that it sometimes hard to tell what exact model of the iPhone is. But we follow clear and stick process of inspection. The initial quote was for iPhone 6S Plus, but your iPhone is 6 Plus. It's definitely older model and we offer lower price on it compared to 6S Plus. Thank you for your review. We do our best to provide the highest possible prices for broken and blacklisted gadgets. We perform thoughly inspection on each received device and adjust our initial offer ONLY if customer's selected condition doesn't match with device that we received. Also if a customer does not accept our adjusted offer and believes that our competitors would offer more - we offer free returns on such cases. As I can see from your order, the phone has several cracks on the display and back, and also was blacklisted by carrier. That's why the initial offer was reduced.
