Sent my phone to them in mint condition. They claimed it was scratched and downgraded my offer (I always had a screen protector on it, never a single scuff or scratch). Declined their offer and received my phone back with 5 scratches on the screen. SCAM- BEWARE OF SAVEGADGET

Price was lower than quoted

I sold my phone that was always in a case with the original box and charging cord. I was then told the damage was excessive, enough to knock it down a tier. I think they did this due to the decrease in trade values because of the 15 and 15pros coming out. Then paypal didn't trust save gadget and were going to hold the funds for 2 weeks. Never going yo trade to them right as a new model comes out.

I sent in my s22 ultra for a quote of over $400 free of and cracks and I looked it over and have pictures before being sent in box and once they inspected it they said it had cracks all of a sudden so they lower the price to 150 I am never using this company again.

Gave me a lot less than they offered

The online quote for my iPhone 11 with a cracked screen in good condition was allot more than what they actually paid me. It’s was well below $100 even after I had them pay me $70 for it. I felt like I had been scammed when I was told it was only worth $44.00. I will never do business with this place again!

They quoted me 1740. Then when they got the phones they said 800. Then we agreed on 1400 and they sent 1350. I would never do business with them again personally. Bad first experience.

Have never received my check!!!!!! Very Disappointed!!!!!!
