This a business with a terrible customer service record. They have ZenDesk to manage customer service tickets with a promise to get back to you within 24 hrs. It's been 10days (240hrs - from Jan 7 to Jan 17)) since I opened my ticket with no absolute response to my inquiry as an actual customer. There is no valid phone # to contact them either. What a terrible approach to build up your business reputation!! Next, I'll file a complaint with BBB for it to be added to their dismal record.

I run a non-profit gym with zero employees, and received this spam comment today through our online enrollment form: "At SaveDay, a 401(k) is easy to set up or transfer, easy to understand, and easy to manage. There is absolutely no cost to set up a 401(k) plan with us or switch from your current provider. We don’t hide extra fees in the small print, our investments are smart, transparent, and grow freely. In other words, we save you money! We integrate with any payroll provider and can have you up and running before your next payroll. May I send you our performance review? Sincerely, Shannon Summers Business Development Officer (512) 957-6674 Respond with stop to optout." While Googling the phone number to find out who this is, I discovered more spam comments on other sites from both Shannon and "James Merrill Business Development Officer (512) 957-6674"

Never would I trust these fools! These i DOITS want even unsubscribe my email that they continue to harass me through. I’ve asked and called and continue to be ignored. If they can’t handle such a simple request then I definitely would not trust them with my hard earned money!

Requested a 401k distribution to close on a house. Was told it takes 2-3 weeks for what should be a simple ACH transaction. There’s no public phone number to call. The chat bot on the website still had an OOO reply from a holiday that was months ago. When I did fill out an email request and receive a number to call, the auto answer just says “there’s no one available to take your call”. Another week goes by and only half of the funds get distributed to my account. What a scam of a company. For a business that holds significant amounts of people’s money, this should be illegal.

Chris, When you choose to take an early distribution from a 401(k), investments must be sold and the IRS requires the taxes and penalties be withheld. This regulated process typically takes about 3 weeks to complete. SaveDay received your email requesting distributions from both your Roth and Traditional accounts on June 24. It was immediately initiated; the process was completed quickly with ACHs going out on July 7 and July 12 to your bank. We kindly ask that you remove your review as SaveDay executed your request exactly per IRS rules, and as stated in your 401(k) plan documents.
