Trip to Galapagos and Maachu Picchu
We booked a trip with South American Vacations to visit Galapagos and Maachu Picchu in December 2016. We had 11 flights in 12 days. We spent most of our time in the airport or getting transferred to and from the airport. There was one day where we could have flown from Guayaquil to Lima instead had to go back to Quito and wait for 9 hours before boarding and go to Lima. Poor planning when they call themselves experts. Also another fiasco with us prepaying for the Tip to the Coral 1 Crew on the Galapagos trip which they said they never received and were asking us to pay on the last day of the trip.

Priyanka: We have been offering Galapagos and Machu Picchu tours for over ten years, and you are the first and only person who has ever complained about the number of flights. The complete flight schedule was disclosed to you - and you approved it - prior to booking. Regarding the tipping on the cruise, we disclosed to you that it was not included in the cost of the tour, and we did not collect any funds from you in advance for this item.
