Sauna Heater SupplyReviews of saunaheatersupply.com

Kel was amazing. He was patient and worked with me on the price.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new pool heater, all thanks to Kel! He was exceptionally helpful and kind, and I really appreciate how he worked with me on the pricing. They completely lived up to their price match guarantee without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Great quality products -Ordered the SaunaLife CL4G - and Harvia KIP80W w/Xenio - Kel was super helpful with my selection - prompt Information was provided about the delivery - order itself was complete and of very high quality - nothing missing or out of place - the shipping crate was sturdy and the shipper and carrier very professional - he helped me push the big crate into the garage - the assembly instructions were good and there are some videos on YouTube that can help out - just take your time to donut right and everything fits perfectly - this was an amazing build and the final product when oiled down and baked in looks absolutely amazing

Good experience with their salesperson Kel helping with questions and options. This thing is pretty difficult to build and instructions are not great with few photos/illustrations to help. Called and Kel directed us to someone who answered technical questions. Sauna looks great and can’t wait to get my electrician out to hook it up.

Everyone was very helpful

Although we have not yet received our sauna, our experience with Sauna Heater Supply has been outstanding so far. We are excited about the design, features, and health benefits our sauna will provide, and the purchasing process has been excellent from the start. The owner communicated promptly and professionally with both my husband and me, answering all of our questions thoroughly and making us feel confident in our purchase. We truly appreciated the timely responses, product knowledge, and willingness to help throughout the decision-making process. Based on our experience to date, we would highly recommend Sauna Heater Supply to anyone considering a sauna purchase. We look forward to receiving and enjoying our new sauna!
